I couldn't say whether this product works or not as I've only used it the once so far. I recommend you fully research into how it works and how to properly use it. You must be care full not to go too hard- I thought I had gone over my skin lightly but clearly not light enough as I woke up in the night feeling like my skin had been dragged across a pavement, a sensation that lasted about 3 days in total, extremely painful. I had been particularly careful on my face however and experienced no issue there whatsoever, so in fairness I do think its down to the pressure I applied elsewhere.

A good product, came with hydrologic acid. Great value for the price m.

Note - It doesn’t come with the alcohol the instructions say to clean it with first so it’s worth purchasing this at the same time. Mine also arrived broken so not a good start either. I’ve yet to see a result as I started tonight but my face is all red so it’s doing something, fingers crossed it’s as expected :-)

Great item but do go steady until you find the right pressure for you

Easy to use. Have used it mostly on my abdomen and it’s working! It’s a slow process as I only do it once a month but I can see my skin is tightening.

Plastic case was broken on arrival. I kept it anyway as I wanted the product. Only used the pen on my deep lip wrinkles so far and the roller over my forehead. No redness or soreness, perhaps I need to press on more or do more rollers and longer pen use. Too early to tell if its works or not.

I love it I have only been using this for a week and I can see my skin clearing up and looks a lot better
