Not worth your time or money.
Useless. I threw it away, and as a biblophile that is an incredibly rare event. Should have believed the previous poor reviews. I also very rarely leave poor reviews so when I do I really am motivated to do so.

It's a sales pitch to buy their franchise
The book was a thinly disguised sales pitch for the reader to buy a franchise from the authors. If they want to give people sales pitches, they should be honest and up-front about it. Don't charge people for a book under the pretense of delivering information.

I regret the purchase
Too general about starting a business. Not specific

Somewhat informative but not very thorough.
I found the parts on marketing the most interesting and helpful. I appreciate the advice to include more services in your business model than just private duty care, but I thought the author wrote too much about yard and maid services and not enough on the private duty topics which is specifically what I'm looking for. Overall it felt like this is literally just a franchise manual that's been published with not much proofing (lots of writing and grammatical errors). I would have given it a 2.5 but went to 3 because I appreciated that the training quizzes were included (though only some provided the answer key). Interesting business model but didn't delve deep enough into personal assistant services.

Great Book!
I appreciate how the author took time to explain in detail the services and how to attain certain government contracts.
