Is this for the swing seat where the cushions goes

This is not the swing seat fabric. This is the canopy top for the metal frame above the swing seat. If you are looking for the fabric the cushions rest on, click on the this link: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00SABVHJY

Is this a solid beige color or is it striped like the photo shows?

The color of the replacement canopy will be solid beige only. It will not be striped like the original.

Can someone give this canopy's dimensions please? I don't have this brand swing, but I'm just looking for a canopy that fits a 75"x45" canopy frame.

This one fits a 86"x45" canopy frame. I bought it for a different brand of swing and it fits perfectly to mine.
