Its Tape
Happy overall. It has worked great for what I was using it for (project) but would prefer adhesion be just a little better.

Great for marching band sticks and mallets
Works really well for marching band sticks and mallets! It is very hard to tear off (durable), I suggest cutting it with scissors. Very easy to use.

Good for the price
It can be difficult to pull up the edges and they sometimes split but once you get it it works fine. I don’t use it for the intended purposes so not sure how it does with electrical stuff. I use it for taping color-guard equipment, if you are in colorguard I wouldn’t recommend it. It gets dirty easily, is narrow, and is dull and a bit see-through. Better to go with one that has a glossy shine, is thicker, and wider. You get a lot for a low price though

Great For the Marching Percussionist
I’m a marching percussionist, meaning that I do a lot of stick clicks, which mess up sticks. I naturally quickly ran out of the only roll I had after the first few weeks. I love how cheap the 3 rolls are, not a big fan of the plastic on top though. I do like how it’s easy to break off though. They protect my sticks well.

Rigid yet translucent
I wanted this tape to cover up some annoying LEDs on a white-colored product. So of course when I realized the tape is translucent when put on top of an LED, unlike any electrical tape, I was disappointed. About 8 layers and still the light is visible. I'll have to use black electrical tape to cover the LED and then this tape to cover that. It's not what I expected. The tape is rigid and worked well for taping up a charging cable that had become frayed, but still works and still has some life left in it. Not sure I needed a pack of 3 of these, might take 20 years to use up.

Good for Color Guard
It stays pretty sticky, but I wouldn’t use it for jobs that you need to adhere something. Personally, I think that if you’re like me and you’re buying this for colorguard, it’s a great price and works well.

Great for labeling or whiting out your coax cables.
I bought the white electrical tape hoping I could wrap it around my coax cables so they would blend into the wall and that looks so tacky. Worked better than I thought. You don't wind it, you run it straight along one side of the cable and then wrap it sideways. Just happens to be the right width to cover the coax cable perfectly. It's been on there for a couple months now and has not begun to come loose. It also makes pretty good cheap labels.
