Updated Review 2/16/2013
Edited updated review Review on customer service Excellent response time was almost instant. It's clear they really care about there products and there customers. So as I stated in my first review the design of theses earbuds with the straight plug maid them almost pron to wear on the wires connected to the plug as a natural event that happens when using headphones or earbuds as they get tugged " hey it happens " . So after contacting customer service I was asked to send in my ear buds for review I did so the return of my newly fixed ear buds was almost in about under 2 weeks pretty good if you ask me. I was never expecting to get back compleatly new ear buds with case and extra ear bud covers one then that really surprised me was a change in the plugs design with it not at a bend giving the wires more support inside the connector would make it last a little longer if tugged. So overall I would rate theses ear buds with the new designed connector plug. 10 out of 10 I also noted In my last review about the mic and call button would be better after the y part of the ear buds after a second thought I think it's better closer to your mouth making it a little easer. So would I ever buy theses again yes I would the new design for the connector is perfect it fits them good." Thank you noise hush " best ear bugs I ever had they still fit perfect they feel comfortable, sound is great wonderful bass Please read my last review if your interested in it. First review 11/2012 The ear buds are working Just fine there working Really Good I love the look and Feel of them they fit perfect they dont fall out of my ears my only two problems are one the pulse button could be moved to the end of the y part of the head phones other then that i think there Great also the connector part seems to cut off the sound if you bump or move the connector when in use Great buy id buy more if them Design issues were fixed.

Good in Sound & Looks
If you're looking to buy a good pair of earbuds at a good price than look no more. These pair of headphones have a good quality sounds, which I would compare similar to skull candy 50/50 earbuds. Since I haven't tried on the beats by dre I can't compare the sound to them. Although, the design is very similar alike. The cords have that spaghetti look that not only give it that unique look, but was also chosen so that you wouldn't hassle with the cord being tangled, which can be very annoying. Believe me! Out of the whole time I've had these earbuds not once have my cords gotten tangled. Also, the cords have the sticky texture to it which allow it to stay in place and not bounce back and forth as you walk or move around. The cord is at about 3.9ft long, which is a good length not too long nor not too short. Over all, they make for a good pair of earbuds with sound quality and looks.

Great Sound Quality - Small flaws
The NX80 headset is an excellent pair of headphones yet there are a few attributes about the set that keep them from being supreme. Firstly the GOOD: They function, in fact they function very well. What I noticed upon putting them in for the first time is that once they sit right, outside noise becomes greatly diminished. For me, this was a good thing. Having the drone of an airplane engine disappear and eliciting rich bass-filled tunes made me ecstatic. These headphones sound especially nice when relaxing at home where there isn't any noise in the background. I lie in bed and keep the volume relatively low on my phone and relax that way. WARNING: I would advise against sleeping with these in your ears, not for your protection, but for the protection of the headset. I was greatly disappointed when I woke one morning with only the right headphone in because the left one had become detached from the rest of the unit at the place where the left cord connects to the microphone. I have no idea if I received a faulty unit or if I'm just a rough sleeper. In any event, I would be careful, these aren't made of titanium. I am currently using my second pair. This may be good news for some, bad for others. Yes these headphones can break but I also bought a second pair because It's hard to find better ones. These were attractive to me because they were stylish, rich sounding, and customizable for my ear size. The price was a huge bonus too due to the fact that countless others cost 80$ and above. So, to break things down more simply, here's a quick run of what I just said and a few other things. 1= worst 5= best PRO: Great sound - 5/5 Great fit - 4/5 Functionality (mic/remote) - 4/5 Look/appearance - 5/5 Ergonomics - 3/5 Durability - 4/5 Now I will highlight the negative aspects of this product: They will not be the best headphones for everyone. I have frequent trouble keeping them in if I am walking albeit I am a fast walker. Regardless, these headphones don't have a glossy plastic covered cord. Instead they feature a rubbery coating that is designed to make them tangle free(I have tangled them though). This coating will affect how well they stay in your ears should you bump the cord on something or touch it too much. The cord is also ribbon-like, flat. This can cause the headphones to become dislodged more easily when exercising or doing other activities. I would not recommend these for runners. In all, these headphones are great and should make most customers very happy to use.

Several design issues
I really want to like these headphones, but there's several issues I've had after using them for a few days. I'll preface first, though, by saying that sound quality is pretty good. Not excellent, but pretty good for the inexpensive earbud range. There's several issues, though. First, I have a ton of difficulty getting the buds to stay in my ears with any of the included sizes. I can get them in, but after a few minutes of listening, they start sliding out. Having to constantly readjust becomes tiresome after only a few minutes. As some have noted, the bass richness is actually pretty good for earbuds, but obtaining a fairly rich base is contingent upon getting these fully in your ears and keeping them there. And, again, that's difficult to do. After they move even slightly, I completely lose that rich bass and they sound just like your standard ipod earbuds. I also find the cord to be a design issue. Instead of rounded cords (like a strand of spaghetti), these earbuds are equipped with a flat cord (more akin to fettucini... can you tell I'm Italian?). Noisehush claims the cords are designed to be tangle-free, and I suppose they work, as I haven't gotten them tangled yet. BUT, this design makes the cord flatter and heavier such that any movement to the cord - from turning your head, to brushing them with your hand, to them rubbing on your shirt - produces vibrations that resonate all the way up into the earpieces. This means constant vibrations and banging in your ears, which is beyond annoying. I've never experienced anything like this with any other headphones. So overall, while the sound is pretty good, the design issues are really noticeable. I wish I could throw my support behind them, but honestly, if I had to purchase them again - I would not.

UPDATED: Good sound for the price. Microphone works well
UPDATE: Left speaker is no longer working properly (after 13 days of use). Some sound comes out but the volume is substantially lower than the right speaker, which is working normally. No longer works when plugged into my phone or one of my computers. My phone doesn't even realize headphones are plugged in (cross checked with other headphones to make sure it wasn't the phone itself) unless you pull the jack slightly out, but neither speaker works if you do this. Hopefully I can get a replacement or something. They sound good, and according to people I've called while using them, the microphone quality is very good. Only issues I've seen so far are aesthetic. The plastic of the button piece was not perfectly formed and so it doesn't sit flush with the casing. I definitely don't mind that at this price, but if you're the kind of person who does, then keep in mind that you could run into similar manufacturing quality. The only other thing is that the material of the earbuds sort of holds onto earwax. My previous earbuds were silicone, and you could easily wipe them off in one go and they'd be clean. Not so with these. They take a bit more work.

Truly Amazing - Professionally Retail Packed Product.
I bought these because the pictures and description looked really good and professional. But I was not ready for what I received 2 days later. I received this absolutely awesome package with the headphones shown very clearly on the package. It was a very professional looking box and really took me by surprise. I paid about $12 bucks for these headphones and at that price expected normal (maybe even just a poly bag) packaging. Now, about the product itself - the headphones, they are in a class of their own. They are truly amazing from the way they look, to the way they work. The sound is amazingly clear, it can be set to a really loud setting if needed. But I put it about halfway and was able to hear clear beautiful music. The look and feel of these headphones: Feels like the type of headphones you would pay $25 -$50 for. The 3.5mm plug is Gold Plated for a clear - precise connection. The Call quality is also very good. I can hear the person on the other line very clearly and vice versa. I highly recommend these headphones to anyone in the market for something like this. Disclaimer: I bought these at full price, and genuinely loved them so I wrote a detailed review for them. I am not associated with this company in any way. I truly appreciate that there is such a professional seller on Amazon.

Best $20 headphones.. but search NX80 noisehush to buy same for CHEAPER
BEFORE I WRITE THE REVIEW, NOTE that these are the NOISEHUSH NX80s. DIFFERENT TITLE, SAME PRODUCT. So if you go with these, they're like $8 cheaper through amazon.. so I mean, they're probably still worth the $22 I paid, but there's definitely a way to get them cheaper: http://www.amazon.com/Hands-Free-Stereo-Headset-iPhones-Models/dp/B005QAV6FC So before I got these, I had different red and black headphones (favorite colors) that I gave 5 stars, because they were great. They were also about $20. While those headphones were really good, these actually BEAT them for several features. Feature 1: Mic: this is great. It works well, you can pause music with the same button, it's easily available. Feature 2: No-Tangle Wire: The wire looks cool, nice red color, and it's flat, so I'm assuming it's less tangles, if anything, it has a more unique feel. Feature 3: Solid wiring: The base rotates so it's probably less wear and tear on the wires, and it just seems like good quality. Sound works well, and the headphones seem to stay in your ears very well. Those factors bring it above competitors, not to mention quality sound and it says noise reduction. I haven't really noticed much for or against the contrary, but I'll say I haven't gotten the sense that outside noises were interfering with music (but the sound was too blocked to notice a friend getting your attention or the doorbell ringing.) So I'd say it's the right amount of noise cancellation. Overall I'd say it beats any headphones I've come across, the only insignificant downside is the carrying case. It's like this velvet baggy which is a little bit lame. It looks like one of those bags you'd put jewelry or diamonds in. The other headphones I have came in a hard plastic, tougher looking case. Either way, very satisfied with the product and, like the other review said, totally would buy 3 more (if I could come up with an excuse to justify it.)... JUST BUY THEM FROM THE CHEAPER LISTING!!

Amazing but still worried...
I got these today and immediately tried them out. The sound quality is WAY above average! Ive had quite a few different headphones the last couple years, including Beats by Dre Studios that I paid about $200+ for and cheap earbuds I paid $10 to $20. I ordered these after a lot of arguing back and forth with myself because of the many reviews that stated they quit working after a couple weeks or a couple months. So I was skeptical to say the least. But I saw they were normally $50 and were only $15 on sale here. After hearing them now just a couple times I am very happy I took the chance. The sound quality is AMAZING! Right up there with the Beats by Dre Studios for more than 10 times the price. I guess I will see over the next few weeks or months if they keep working. But honestly at this price if they do quit working I will just buy some more. I may order a couple more pairs now to have as a backup as I will be wearing and listening to them just about every day all day while working. Ill update this review if I have any problems with them not working. But as of now....they are WAY worth the $15.

MUST HAVE
Wow, these are such high quality head phones and the noise cancelling is second to none in this price range. Great sound, a little more bass orientated but this is hardly a problem. Microphone works with any device (including apple) and the no tangle wires work well. For £9.00 clearance sale, this is surely the best £9 I've ever spent! NB: there is no volume rocker on the headphone wire mic

Bei vollaufgedrehten (Crank it UP!) „Smartphone“, schwächelt es weder im Klang noch wird es unangenehm. Also… Crank it UP! ;-)

Highly recommended.
I bought 3 pairs of those headphones in the past to make sure i had one at home, in the car and at work. They sounds great, high and lows sounds amazing. They are well built, pretty light and the cable is sturdy while being flexible enough.

Great product, some very minor issues
Great sound and excellent fit. Default volume when calling is too high, have to be adjusted each time. No volume control.
