All Cookies were broken in small pieces

I love these cookies but they were broken in so many small pieces and not easy to dunk. I was extremely disappointed.I have ordered other cookies on Amazon before and none were ever broken or smashed.

These cookies have undergone a very unwelcome change. So sad!They taste like sawdust.

What have y’all done to the cookies, you have changed the recipe. You have ruined them! Why did you change the recipe … it’s awful and disgusting! My whole family and extended family loved these cookies, now they are hard and bumpy and the filling is different. They don’t taste anything like the originals. Shame on y’all!I can’t believe you have produced this clearly third rate cookie! Who died and who allowed you to change the recipe, the person who died is spinning in their grave because I know y’all aren’t making any money! Do better!
