These are so huge we couldn’t stop laughing when I pulled one out from the package! I didn’t check the length when I ordered them for my client. With that being said, they’re a quality product and will line a “tab” incontinent undergarment “diaper” entirely. I’m not talking about lining a pull-up, they’re too big. I think they are good for larger people. If you need more absorption, “Because” brand, which Amazon sells, is the best. Pull-up will absorb 6 cups of fluid and the Because booster pads absorb 3 cups. They do work and are excellent. They also have tab diapers.

Hate that I need these but so glad they exist. I can rest easy at night knowing I won't wake up to any issues. But note: these are really huge. No adhesive but once you pull up your undies they don't move around. Highly recommend these if you, too, have this issue.

I’ve been ordering these pads for many years I work as a certified nurses assistant at a nursing home and I buy these to use on my incontinent patients. They are everything that’s advertised leak proof,soft,durable, comfortable, and hold lots of urine and bowel incontinence. Overall, I rate them with five stars. I will continue to buy these pads as long as they are sold.

These have changed and they are not as absorbant as they were but still better than most.

Sometimes, leakage . Needs more coverage around pad.
