La Roche-Posay Toleriane Purifying Foaming Cleanser (For Normal To Oily Skin) 400ml/13.52oz

I’ve been using the La Roche-Posay Toleriane Hydrating Gentle Cleanser 400ml and honestly, it’s been such a good find. It cleans my face really well without leaving it feeling tight or stripped, which is something I struggle with when it comes to cleansers. My skin feels fresh, soft, and comfortable after every wash—not dry at all. I also love that it comes in a 400ml bottle, so it lasts long and is definitely value for money. Overall, it’s a gentle but effective cleanser, especially if you want something that keeps your skin clean while still maintaining moisture.

Purchased this as I am revamping my skincare products based on ingredients that are not harmful. This product gets an excellent rating via the Yuka app of 79/100 vs my dermatologist approved former product (Riversol) that was rated poor. I’ve been using this product for one week and so far I am very satisfied with the results. A little goes a long way so this will last me quite a while. 1/2 a pump is enough for my entire face and neck area. The pump bottle is also a plus. So convenient. It is less expensive than what I was paying for my previous product. It has a non-smell that smells very pleasant and fresh. It foams wonderfully and rinses clean with no residual residue. Leaves my skin feeling clean, fresh and not tight or dry. After 30 days of use I will update this rating to add details about any pore reducing effects or other noticeable observations. So far 10/10 and am loving the product.

The Toleraine foaming gel is really good and perfect for my oily skin. It is not stripping and doesn't make the face dry afterwards. I'm pleased with the product.

I absolutely love this cleanser. I was searching for a good face wash for a long time, something with ingredients that matched what I was looking for and that I felt comfortable using every day. When I first started looking for a new cleanser, I was trying to be very careful with the products I used because I was trying to conceive and wanted something that I would also feel comfortable continuing to use during pregnancy. I was looking for products with ingredients I personally preferred, avoiding ingredients that I didn’t feel comfortable using, such as potential endocrine disruptors. I tried many different cleansers before finding this one. The problem I had with most of the others was that, even though I liked their ingredient lists, they didn’t give me that feeling of truly clean skin. Many of them didn’t foam at all, and I always felt like they left my face feeling heavy, sticky, or not completely refreshed. Then I found this one, and honestly, I love it. I’ve been using it since the Toleriane range was launched, and I have repurchased it many times. The texture is perfect, not too thick and not too runny, and it creates a beautiful foam that makes washing my face feel like a proper cleansing routine, this is key for me the foam is great, all the previous ones I used didn’t create foam… It leaves my skin feeling fresh, clean and comfortable without making it feel dry or tight. It has been very compatible with my sensitive skin, and I haven’t experienced irritation or discomfort while using it. The fragrance is also very subtle, which I really appreciate, as I don’t like strong scents in skincare products. It gives my skin the perfect balance: a deep clean feeling while still leaving it soft and comfortable afterwards. It doesn’t leave my skin feeling greasy or heavy, and my face feels fresh every time I use it. The bottle lasts a long time because you only need a small amount each time, so I think it offers great value for money. I’ve always liked La Roche-Posay as a brand and have used several of their products over the years, but this cleanser has become my absolute favourite. It is definitely the star product from the brand for me and something I wouldn’t want to be without. If you’re looking for a gentle cleanser with ingredients you feel comfortable using, but you also love that fresh, properly clean feeling and a lovely foam, this is 100% my recommendation. I would choose it again without hesitation.
