Good as part of a detox protocol

very good- I've taken it for 3 weeks now and I can confidentially say it has helped me a lot with my indigestion. a bit pry though!

Changed my life!
I used to have terrible bloating, cramping and indigestion after eating food but I've bought this at least 3 or 4 times now... let me tell you, this has completely changed my quality of life. Over time, and it's been almost 6 months now, I can eat without taking the pill and I don,t get that heavy bloated feeling, and I have a much better gut health.

1st line of defence for acid reflux
This is always my first choice if I start to suffer from acid reflux which is not normal for me. It saves from using over the counter medications or prescription for proto pump inhibitors.
