I usually wear a medium and I got both s/m and l/xl. The s/m fit perfectly at 135 pounds just a bit long since I'm only 5' tall. They're so warm and cozy! I like that there is a single seam on the upper part of the them and how fuzzy they are on the inside which I need to get through midwest winters. As far as sizing I wish they had an extra small. I ordered the S/M and they fit but a little loose (I'm 5'8" and 135lbs) which I did expect since the size is a small to medium. Also, they are high waisted which works great for me.
