This involved passing the cable through the length of a built in wardrobe and down the external wall. Normally I would have removed the plug and fed the cable along the length of the wardrobe but this allowed me to simply drill a hole in either side of the wardrobe and feed the cable through from both ends. It was simply a quick fit to connect the two halves using the Wago connector to reconnect the 2 halves inside the wardrobe and power restored with minimum fuss. You get 2 connectors in the pack so there's a spare for when you accidentally cut through a cable too so it is good value for money and the Wago design inside the screwed connector means it's simple to use. The screw seems secure and holding so I am very happy and would recommend having one of these for any emergency electrical reconnections whether by design like mine or following an accidental cable break.
