I think I should have left a roughly 1/16" gap between the edge of the door frame and the edge of this weather stripping, but it was easy to install and performs extremely well. Mind you, previously I just had a little gap with three rubber bumpers on my doorway, but the difference this product has made is exceptional. My door is a little bit warped leading into the hallway of my condominium, but this formed a seal just fine. This product also stopped any air infiltration as well as sound. Another reviewer commented that the product is spliced/in two pieces. This is true, but it looks like there is a roughly 4' long strip which is intended to go along the top of your door jamb, then there is a roughly 16' long strip which is intended to be cut to length for each side of your door jamb. Also, the adhesive on this product is a really nice balance between stickiness and ease of removal. I was doing a pretty poor job installing it (crooked), but it peeled off gently without damaging the paint so I could realign it. It has a pretty good stick to it, and it should be fine I think. The product has a slight smell once removed from the packaging, but I don't notice it standing next to the door after I've installed it. It has a high quality rubber feel.

Easy to install and it cut down on a lot of noise between my office door and the tv room. Worth every penny

The seal itself and adhesion strip on back are great quality. The seal is exactly as described.
