I read the ingredients but want to make super sure there's no Xylitol as it's for my diabetic cat. And what's the size of the tablet?

Go the Amazon page where these are sold. There is a picture, 2nd one down-left column. It gives the ingredients. Xylitol is not on the list. As for the size, I would say they are about the same size as a baby aspirin or a little bigger. But smaller than a regular aspirin.
