After just three days of taking these I felt better. Felt a little more energy and so it was reassuring that all the other benefits of B12 would follow. They dissolve very well in your mouth as your saliva absorbs the tablet, bypassing the stomach means the B12 isn't broken down by stomach acid or the liver before it starts working. Taste good too.

I have been taking these for a year and a half now because they were the vitamin brand being sold at my Wellness Clinic. They have since changed their carried brands but I stuck with this buying it on Amazon because I have no issues taking it and I had experienced issues taking other brands in the past. They literally melt in your mouth or can be easily swallowed without issue. The size is small and the taste reminds me of berries, but pleasant sweet, not tart. I have noticed a huge change in my energy level, as well as, the health of my skin, hair, and nails too. I would definitely recommend to women over 40+and the price point is very reasonable for the amount you get as well and sometimes Amazon puts them on flash sale so look for the savings, which for me is usually right around refill time! They are normally around $20 regularly, but on sale, run about $13.

If you are lacking in energy try Vitamin C and one of these per day. The small tablets dissolve completely under your tongue and taste delicious. They melt well, seem to produce more energy and the ingredients seem fine with me!I am suffering from post-viral fatigue and usually until I take a C drink and one of these I can't function normally. I think my heart has suffered some damage from the virus and now I'm recuperating slowly but surely. I have to lay down a lot and sit in my recliner between exertions.Fortunately I'm getting a new dishwasher so I don't have to spend more time hand washing all my dishes, which can take hours a day! But I needed the energy today and one tablet of this B12 is what has kept me going. I am not a doctor, nor is this review medical advice but these are amazing and comparable to other B12 tablets I've taken in the past which don't seem available now!My cat also died this week and that has slowed me down considerably. I really don’t like to swallow pills or vitamins, so I make an appoint to choose gummy’s or ones that dissolve. The Ez melts do just that melt with ease, but they also have a good flavor.
