Perfect wood epoxy for filling holes and missing chunks.
Works like an absolute charm! Used this to fill in latch holes in doors that were way too big. This putty was so easy to work with. Rolled it up, shoved it into the hole, and after an hour in was solid and ready to drill and chisel. Even a rather large chunk solidified as expected. Probably could have used extra curing because it was so thick. The middle was just a touch soft, which gummed up the drill bit a little. Didn't stop me, though, and it didn't seem to hurt anything. Absolutely elated with how this product turned out! I will say the putty is a bit thick, so it's useful for larger gaps. I would not be able to work this into smaller cracks or holes. But there's plenty of other products for those cases.

Excellent for Restoring a Damaged Wood Edge – Strong, Easy, and Seamless
I used KwikWood to repair a large chip on the rim of my Dhol (Indian double-headed drum). The edge had lost a chunk of wood that was affecting both appearance and sound. Ease of Use: The putty is simple to work with—cut off what you need, knead it until the color is uniform, and press it into place. It has a workable time of a few minutes before it begins to harden, so you can shape it to match the contour of the rim. Performance: Once cured (about an hour), it was rock solid and bonded perfectly to the wood. It didn’t shrink or crack, even after tightening the drum lugs. The repaired section feels just as strong as the original wood. Finish Quality: The tan color blended well enough for my instrument’s finish, and it sands easily for a smooth, flush edge. I was able to stain it slightly to better match the drum’s tone. Durability: After multiple playing sessions, the repair is holding perfectly—no signs of loosening or wear. The rim now looks and feels intact, and the drum’s resonance is back to normal. Bottom Line: Whether it’s for furniture, instruments, or general woodworking, KwikWood delivers a professional-quality repair with minimal fuss. Highly recommended if you need a quick, strong, and shapeable wood fix.

Works well, not stainable with oil or gel wood stain
I had to repair a loose Japanese Wa knife handle that I epoxied back in place. Whoever made the handle put a round hole in the handle where the blade fits and I used this JB wood epoxy to fill the voids around the knife blade. Mixing is easy (wear nitrile or latex gloves), it gets very hard when totally set up, it has a putty like consistency that is fairly thick. It is very light colored, like unfinished white pine. I tried mixing this product with several types of stain including oil base and gel wood stains and they would not mix with this epoxy putty. I filled the voids and let them dry and tried the wood stain again and it would not work. This epoxy has zero porosity for oil or gel stain. In my shop, I had a small vial of black epoxy color that I applied with a small artists brush to the light colored epoxy and that worked pretty well. This wood epoxy is 5 stars if you are applying paint over it but staining without epoxy specific was not possible for me.

Works as advertized, easy to use and then sand an paint when cured after 24 hours.
This is my go to for wood repair. I have a problem with carpenter bees drilling holes in my outdoor pergola. Once eradicated I needed to fill the holes to keep other invaders from using the holes. This kwik wood works great. It hardens harder than the wood itself, and no insect could drill thru it. It leaves a blond color patch that is easily sanded and painted to match after 24 hours. I actually bought 2 tubes in this order. Very pleased.

Easy Fix for Dog Damage — Saved My Window Sill and My Deposit
This stuff is amazing and very easy to work with, even if you’re a beginner. I used this to repair a window sill that my dogs had decided to chew up like it was their dinner (lol). I was stressed because it looked bad and I was worried about losing my rental deposit. This epoxy putty was simple to shape and apply. It hardened quickly and sanded smoothly so I could paint over it. Once I finished, you honestly couldn’t even tell it had been damaged. It saved me from having to replace the entire sill and probably saved me a lot of money in the long run. If you have pets, kids, or just normal wear and tear in your home, this is a great product to keep on hand. I highly recommend it and would definitely buy it again.

Great repair epoxy
This stuff is great for small wood repairs like in molding. It lasts a while even after you use a bit of it, assuming you keep it in the tube with the stickers. Its a thick almost playdoh like consistency so it stays in the shape you mold. It sticks well to the surface so it holds.

Good stuff
Used this to fill in a gap when I put a regular ak buttstock on a slant receiver mac90. Filled the gap with this, let it cure, sanded it, stained it and it looks and functions great. This is tough stuff. Its harder that the rest of the stock.

The best
This is the only putty I found that will dry hard and not absorb water over time. Great for dealing with small areas of wood rot

Works really well. You can’t notice it after painting.
Really easy to use. Had a great furniture that cracked during moving time. The weld filled in and dry beautifully and my son finished with paints. From a distance you would never notice.

Brilliant product that exceeded my expectations
This product has been awsome in my wooden boat. Can be used everywhere, is sandable, stainable and is as strong as existing wood. I will be purchasing more.

Excellent product
As described. I mistakenly broke one of my Ikea wardrobe pieces knowing how much fragile Ikea wood is. Used this product to fix it and it did exactly what it supposed to do. Fixed it in less an hour.

Amazing results!!
I broke the shelf of my TV cabinet during assembly. The screw holding the shelf broke, and took with it a chunk of the MDF board. I did a youtube search and decided to order this kwikwood. I followed the instructions on the box. The putty was easy to mix and apply. One hour later after application, it got rock hard, and was easy to sand down and paint. My Tv cabinet now looks like brand new! Definitely worth it
