Danish Lucky Storks Hanging Mobile - 18 Inches - High Quality - Handmade in Denmark by Flensted

We bought this to go above my 3-month old’s changing station so he’d look straight up instead of off to the side. He LOVES seeing the birds above him and starts babbling up a storm every time he’s changed. He gets so excited. You can’t even tell they’re made from cardboard as the color and design looks really nice. Comes fully built so you just have to hang the string. Well balanced and dances around indoors easily from the air conditioning and people’s movement. I highly recommend them.

Uhhh, not gonna lie, I was a little surprised when I opened this. It is very dainty and delicate. Looking forward to hanging it, but I’m not sure the price makes sense. The storks are made out of a thick paper, and they are tiny. I suppose you’re paying for the artist’s name and craft. This mobile is definitely leaning more towards art. Hoping it’ll add a nice touch of zen to the nursery.

This mobile is lovely -- beautiful design and quality craftsmanship. The storks are made of something like a thick cardstock. Other reviewers have complained that the construction of other mobiles by this maker are 'flimsy,' but I do not have a problem with the thickness of the paper. I do not think they are designed to be handled, so I would plan to hang out of kids' reach. The storks gently rotate all the time, and look especially cool from below (my son's point of view in his crib!) Also the black and white are great color choices for newborns (they see strong contrast best)--overall a great alternative to the typical musical mobiles that are expensive and not that attractive.

It was easy to put together. I have it hanging in front of my window above the plants.

My fault for not noticing it was paper. Very expensive for something that is PAPER though. Not going to be longlasting and certainly not for multiple children. Invest in something wooden! One untimely grab from my 2 month old as I was picking her out of the crib made this a bunch of scrap. Also, it does NOT come with any kind of mobile hanger--not a problem if you hang from a ceiling with a hook (but this wasn't possible in our nursery with a ceiling fan).

Got this for my baby. Was put off by the price which seemed high for some string and cardboard but it really is beautiful, graceful and well balanced. Love it so much i hung it in the family room. And baby adores it!

西欧でモビールは癒し系インテリアつとしての位置が確立している。特にフレンステッド社のモビールは北欧らしいスッキリとしたデザインと品の良さが良い。これはコウノ鳥３羽の完成品。モビールは自作してみるとわかるがデザインも作製もかなり難しい。このモデルはフレンステッドの職人さんが作った精巧で完成度が高いモデルだ、何よりバランスが良く浮き具合が素晴らしい、微風でもスイスイ泳ぐ。コウノ鳥の図柄については少々マンガチックで居間と言うより子供部屋向けだ。 日本人的にはこの商品の価値と価格については意見の分かれる所だと思う。仕事で疲れて帰っての癒し系インテリアととらえるならば安価だし、ただのモビールにこの値段？ととらえるならば高価だと思う。日本人のモビールに対する認知度はまだまだ低い。ただし在れば見てしまうインテリアでもあり私は購入して良かったと思っている。
