Shoe can not hold ankle firmly While descending, fingers hurt they keep hitting the shoe front.
Shoe laces can not hold the ankle firmly, as a result there is gap between toe fingers and shoe front. While descending, toe fingers hurt as fingers keep hitting the shoe front. Can you exchange this shoe with ankle shoes.

These shoes are perfect in every aspect....its sole is made in Italy and fine quality work...
The reason I wanna return these shoes is because they feel very heavy while walking and in the title its written unisex shoes but they dnt look like its made for both the genders. Its look is very masculine, but they are perfect in every aspect....the shoes sole work is made in Italy very strong and firm quality...They just don't look feminine and weigh too much for me so i wanna return this product.
