Does vigoroso mechanical watches have 17 jewel movements?

It keeps time well... I do see some Jewels but it would be hard to count them

No, it is not stainless steel. The silver finish on my watch and chain is wearing off. In the description it says silver finished steel.

Do the visible gears work?

Yes, the balance wheel does it’s thing, has a skeletonized main spring drum, most of the gears you won’t see move because they’re so slow. Nothing is “fake”. You’re looking at the watch movement, it’s just like every other watch movement except it’s not covered up with a dial or solid back cover.
