I mean, with a name like ProProo, I thought I was taking a risk in getting a cheap Chinese knock-off of TRX, but honestly, these are even more heavyweight. The grips are soft but firm, and textured well. The carabiners are heavyweight and climbers' grade. The nylon is thick and bright, and the clasps to keep them at a certain length seem pretty toothsome for gripping at the right place and staying put. The exercise chart is very helpful, too, spelling errors notwithstanding! I just wish the anchor didn't fall off so easily when I open the door and the weight of the metal clasps didn't clunk so hard on my poor hardwood floors. Oops. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent and convenient exercise *by G***H on Reviewed in the United States on March 17, 2020* I use these straps every morning for a short exercise and stretch routine in my bathroom. I toss the little stopper over a door and close the door, then I can work my back and chest easily with almost no trouble. I'm extremely happy with it.These straps are very high quality materials and the adjustment mechanism is excellent. It's really easy and quick to shorten or lengthen these and they are very secure. They are comfortable and can go from very long to quite short. I'm not sure how you could really improve on these, for what they are. I used the name brand TRX system as physical therapy and, where they differ, I actually like this set better.Great buy that I would absolutely recommend. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Similar to TRX but at less than half the cost *by S***O on Reviewed in the United States on March 28, 2020* These are heavy duty straps. I weigh 205 lbs and they hold my entire body weight without any issue. The main advantage they have over the TRX is that each strap can be removed individually from the anchor so if you want to do an exercise that only requires one strap, you won't have to tie the other in place like you would the TRX. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sn/products/176459412-momove-proproo-home-gym-bodyweight-resistance-trainer-fitness-straps-exercise](https://www.desertcart.sn/products/176459412-momove-proproo-home-gym-bodyweight-resistance-trainer-fitness-straps-exercise) --- *Product available on Desertcart Senegal* *Store origin: SN* *Last updated: 2026-10-06*
