Just want to confirm, can we use this on 220-250v ?

The case on mine is marked "120V / 15A MAX", and uses NEMA 5-15R plugs, which aren't generally used with 220V. If you're referring to the "CAT II 300V", markings, that's an instrument measurement rating that describes what sort of conditions the instrument can safely handle without endangering the user (catching fire, etc), not what sort of power you should put on the product and still expect it to work properly.

Does anyone know of a similar break-out tester that is designed for 20A?

If my load has a built in timer, will this indicator tell me when the load is actively drawing current and when the load is off?

I don’t own one of these but looking at what is listed, the indicators will light up showing if the outlet is wired correctly or not. The inductors lights won’t tell you anything about the load. You will need a current meter as shown to see what the load draw is.

Will this work with fluke t5-600 amp measurement. needs .50 inch max section with 1.20" window opening?

The 1X opening has a side that's .42 wide and .65 thick; the opening is 1.1 wide x 0.78. The 10X opening has a side that's .62 wide and .65 thick; the opening is 1.05 square. Hth
