Why did we get treat yoself from amazon and Walmart twice when we ordered glamfetti all 3 times

Same thing happened to us 2x!!! My guess is that the limited edition "Limmy Edish" changed in production but they didn't update the description. Pretty disappointing. The Treat Yoself ones are not very cute.

If we were sent the wrong set (treat yo self), how can we get the glamfetti? (and also was sent the wrong kind again when exchanging it...)

How do I crack them open?

crack it with your thumb. press the eggshell with your thumb gently. it’s pretty easy to crack. even a kid can do it. some eggs change color(temperature sensitive) when you touch it.
