I am just now getting to submitting a review because after two months of wearing my new septum ring it was tarnishing in my nose. If it stainless steel it it not supposed to rust. I started smelling metal in my nose and would taste it every time i spit after washing my face (Drainage into the throat from nasal) horrible. I had to take it out because im sure swallowing metal is not safe and my piercing started to become irritant. I would honestly like my money back. The amount you get for the price is great, and if I lose any of the balls again, I can just take them off of the rings that are too big or too small for my mouth.
