What is the voltage rating for these connectors? can they be used for 120v ac household wiring?

Voltage for these connectors are less important than the current going through them. They are designed to to far exceed the max current rating for the wires they are connecting. I work on boats and use them regularly for 120 vac and 12&24 vdc. I do not recommend using them on household wire. They are designed to connect stranded wire and although they will crimp to a solid core wire common for houses the industry standard in houses is to use wire nuts. Also most building codes (for both boats and houses) require all connections for ac wiring to be in a mounted box or isolated in some way. A butt connector doesn't count.

What is a good crimper for these?

The best crimper to use has groves on one side and studs on the opposite side. When you crimp the connector the stud compresses into a the connector and makes a 100 % connection. Also you only need to strip a quarter inch of insulation off the wire.

I really like the product. But this plastic case is already breaking at the hindges then I will have all of these connectors in a bag....
