I would recommend this anchor to anyone with a large boat that ...
This is an incredible anchor. I replaced a 14 lb. Danforth style anchor with this one. My boat is 36 overall and a heavy 36 at that. This anchor holds extremely well in sand and mud. I have not used it on a rocky bottom yet. I would recommend this anchor to anyone with a large boat that wants more holding power without needing a crazy heavy anchor.

Holds like iron in sandy bottom
I’ve a 38’ trawler about 15k lbs. I’ve hah this exact anchor for several years now and when I wanted to replace my heavy stern anchor, this was the logical choice.

Great product, poor responsiveness
Anchor is very well built. Seller was unable to cancel an order that I made in error, which I replaced with another order for a smaller anchor from them. I am now long in anchors for no reason other that a lack of seller response to a timely request to cancel.
