Take 1 capsule with a little water 20 minutes before meals (3 times a day). If you can not swallow the whole capsule, you can open it and ingest the pellets inside it separately, having to swallow them whole without chewing, splitting or breaking. How does MIGRASin work? Histamine is a vital molecule that is present in all foods of the daily diet and is the mediator of many biological processes such as inflammation, gastric acid secretion, neuromodulation and regulation of immune function. Under normal conditions, ingested histamine is degraded by the enzyme Diamino Oxidase (DAO) in the small intestine.
