The installation kit this comes with is excellent and walks you through the entire process step by step - even to the point of which screw to remove in which order. The replacement was so simple and I could not be happier with it.The screen displays accurate colors and with great resolution. I am extremely happy with it, considering I've only ever trusted genuine OEM before this point.The touch screen had issues on our first screen, but return/exchange was easy. It was inconvenient to have to replace it a second time, though the installation is very simple and, as I said, the kit it comes with is excellent.3D Touch seems to work more like haptic touch on the iPhone 11 Pro I have. I wish it worked better and I also wish Apple hadn't removed it with the XR and into the 11 series. I hope they bring it back with the iPhone 12.... As for this replacement, I can't tell definitively, but I don't believe the pressure sensitivity is working at all. If it is, it is degraded performance because activating the flashlight/camera from the lock screen just isn't the same and doesn't always activate, but it does if you just touch and wait (haptic touch-like).

I bought this for my son's iphone x (10). He is 17 so we were out working on his car his phone fell and the screen cracked. As you could imagine he was devastated...even though he hid it well I could tell. I felt bad I looked on line and this screen had good reviews so I bought it at 3am had it the same day at 430pm. So we put the screen in as soon as I got home. My self being a novices at phone repair took my time and watched a couple YouTube videos. It was easy and my 17 year old son is back to no good...lmao... but we where all 17... I can say not one complaint, so obviously it works great and teenager durable and approved. Can I say more... probably but bottom line worth the money great quality product...

The media could not be loaded. Screen was pretty easy to install and I was very happy with it at first. But the other day about a month after installing it the screen just “died” from me setting the phone down on my desk. I never dropped it and always kept it in a case. Was really happy with it at first, would be 5 stars if it didn’t totally fail from the Impact of me setting it down softly. Screen has no cracks in it or anything; it just went black and then stared displaying crazy colors. I uninstalled and reinstalled in case it was a connection issue but to my disappointment it wasn't. I was really hoping this was a awesome product. Will come back and change my review based on how customer service handles this. Thanks

When I eventually managed to remove the last screw on my previous screen, which was rounded, I was able to install the new screen. It is quite fiddly but all very doable. I do like the tools and setup of the kit, just not the end result.My disappointment comes as the screen feels slightly different and the touch screen is not as responsive as the original. I have found myself having to touch the power button to wake up the phone. I have also lost the audio on standard phone use so I now have to use the speaker or Bluetooth when using the phone.My fear is now I will not be able to take it to apple to fix as they will see that I have installed a non-apple approved part. Unfortunately this has left me with a fairly disappointed with the purchase and the end result.

Update**1. it says LCD digitizer on the back of the product box. NOT OLED. (If I am wrong, could it be OLED with LCD digitizer?- Seller said the wrong item (LCD) was sent from warehouse. He refunded full amount for the wrong item.2. Please note that you will not be able to use truetone after the screen replacement.- seller specified that all screen replacement can not have this function again. Only original mobile phones can do this.

The description says this is an OLED screen, however the box says LCD. An email follow up from the seller indicated that they are using old packaging. The screen I received appears to be an OLED. The panel was easy to install but takes patience and a steady hand. Watch a few videos online and you will be well prepared. I would also suggest having a pair of tweezers handy.

I unfortunately cracked my phone screen in 2 months ago and desperately needed a new screen replacement so I ordered this. It was great at first, easy to install by simply searching youtube videos for instructional videos and haven't had many issues until the past couple weeks.. the screen has now completely lost touch and i'm unable to use it at all after only 2 months! No damage to my iphone, I just woke up one morning and the touch screen is unresponsive! It has been lagging for a couple days, and sometimes would start spazzing out, but now it has offically stopped working and i'm not sure why.This product is only a great option for SHORT TERM less than 1 month if you need it!

I was surprised at the ease of replacing my iPhone screen with this kit. I followed the instructions and that’s all it took. The touch screen is clear just like the original and everything works just like it should. I had a bad experience with the phone repair place at the mall so I figured I would try myself and I’m happy I did. Thanks guys.
