They work but are thinner than some I have had for a while. I’m happy with this purchase. The other ones I have were much more expensive.

So much easier than cutting from a roll
I bake a lot of cakes and love to use parchment circles to prevent sticking and keep bottoms smooth for frosting. I LOVE these precut 8” cake rounds. No more tracing and cutting out paper from the roll as it curls up on you and makes you crazy. Just pull out one (or two or three) of these and presto, youre done. I keep the slim flat package underneath my cake pans and it takes up no space at all. I love that they are natural (brown) parchment, too. Never going back to cutting my own curly circles.

Perfect for salmon burgers
We use these with our burger buddy to make salmon burgers that we freeze. They're just perfect, and peel off easily when the patties have defrosted in the fridge for a few hours. If you're interested in a really good salmon burger recipe, Chef Ricardo from Quebec has it on his website.
