Intense
Huge landmark CD. Like a de Kooning painting on steroids. I would compare it to other musicians or music, but I can't. I think this CD stands alone. No boundaries, pure but certainly not simple. The Rhodes piano takes on a calm essence that evolves into a theme of amazing guitar chops, slices, tears punctuated by an unreal pallet of instruments and musicianship; carrying me through every emotion with lyrics and vocals that paint vivid realities. Few are brave enough to explore at this intensity.Perfection.
