i have a 2015 jeep jk altitude and i bought these to hide the radiator. these do not fit the sub models of jeep like the altitude and blizzard. all the clips are in the wrong spots. however i bought some 3m 2 sided tape and stuck the thant way and they look great

Installed on my 2010 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport. The inserts fit well and look good, and they don’t affect airflow. The main downside is the color fading quickly. Functionally great, but the fading holds it back.

My second try with these. I have a 2016 Wrangler. The clips are too short so they will not snap in. Very disappointing.

(Edit from 06.23.2023: I just happened to come across this old review of mine. But it looks like the product linked to this review is NOT the product that I purchased. So beware. The below review is for some honeycomb plastic grill inserts that worked on my 2014 JKU.) Bottom Line: Would buy again. Would recommend to others if they like the look. Pro: Looks awesome; easy to install. Con: There are slight blemishes at the top right of each piece, if visually inspected within a few feet (don't see from further out); The color is closer to a very dark grey, than a true black, but I kind of expect that from all "black" items (matches stock black fenders well) Concern: The attachment is via 3M automotive tape, which just makes me a little nervous. Details: As with all 3M automotive tape installations, make sure you clean the target surface thoroughly. Recommend soap water first, dry, then clean again with rubbing alcohol, being careful to not damage any surfaces in the process. They install in a specific direction, so test first with tape on, then remove tape when you're ready. The honeycomb pattern looks very good in my opinion. Wish the attachment was more of a bolt on, or something, though not sure how that would work. Have seen some other items for sale that are metal and bolt/clamp on on the backside of the grill, making installation a little more complex, but probably less worry of it falling off on the highway.

If they did not fall out after inserting I would have given 5 stars. I knocked off the second start for having to purchase additional items to secure them in place. Worth noting that the material is premium grade automotive ABS plastic, and there is no drilling or special tools required, the fit will not be exact for every JK. I have a 2008 JKU and after inserting until each clip was fully engaged, they basically fell out. While they are a perfect fit from a size and shape perspective, there is not enough tension to hold the clips in place. If the ridges of the clip were just a couple millimeters bigger, this would solve the problem and these would never fall out. I ended up using 3M Super-Strength Molding Tape to secure these in place. For the price, I did not see the point in returning the inserts. If you find that yours fall out, you can purchase the tape from Amazon for about $10 or go directly to an auto parts store and pay $12-$15.

I was concerned about getting these because of the mixed reviews but they are FABULOUS!! The snapped in properly..clips hold well, easy to clean. The fit is perfect. I’ve had mine on for about 5 months..I go through high pressure cars washes & have had no issues. My JEEP is a daily driver so lots of road time with these on. Definitely worth the buy!!
