The Broadband quad chair supports up to 325 pounds. About Coleman More than 100 years ago, a young man with an entrepreneurial spirit and a better idea began manufacturing lanterns in Wichita, Kansas. His name was W.C. Coleman, and the company he founded would change life in America. A man plagued with such poor vision he sometimes had to ask classmates to read aloud to him, Coleman saw a brilliant light in 1900 in a drugstore window that stopped him in his tracks. He inquired about the light inside and discovered he was able to read even the small print on a medicine bottle by the illumination. The lamps had mantles, not wicks, and were fueled by gasoline under pressure instead of coal oil. Soon afterward, Coleman started a lighting service that offered a "no light, no pay" clause--a big step forward for merchants who were burned by inferior products that rarely worked--and drew substantial interest from businesses that wanted to keep their lights on after dark. In the ensuing years, Coleman expanded its product line well beyond lanterns. The company's current catalog is thick with products that make spending time outdoors a pleasure. There are coolers that keep food and drinks cold for days on end, comfortable airbeds that won't deflate during the night, a complete line of LED lights that last for years, powerful portable grills that cook with an authentic open-grill flame, and much, much more. Coleman has truly fashioned much of our outdoor camping experience, and expects to do so for generations to come. Review: Great camping chair at a great price PLUS a built in cooler! - This is the same dependable , sturdy Coleman chair I've always loved (have had several over the years) but they really impressed me by adding in a cooler to the armrest! How fun to keep beverages cold right in your chair. Still has a great cup holder and also a mess pocket for your phone, book, snacks etc. Chair unfolds & folds easily & is lightweight. It's comfort is basic camping chair, it doesn't have what I would call 'cushioned' it's still just maybe an inch of padding in the seat and back (up to the armrest level) & the top of the back doesn't have cushion. Review: Did not disappoint - This chair fit the bill for what I was looking for. 'Was so excited to use this and it did not disappoint when we chose it over the low-to-the-ground TB beach chairs due to its versatility (i.e. camping, outdoor movie, tailgating, patio/yard, etc). I ordered a matching black pair so it'd look chic. While bright colors are great for finding your way back to your spot on the beach, we already have a unique umbrella and we steer away from crowded beaches when possible. My husband was skeptical about carrying two chairs in addition to our usual gear: a packed cooler, umbrella, blanket and towel. An hour into our beach day date, he admitted, he gets it now. It completely changed the vibe of our beach day date from schlepping gear to feeling like we just walked out from our waterfront hotel to a furnished beachfront. He just wished the chairs were a lower price lol. Being more comfortable made things more enjoyable and somehow "minimal" rather than shifting on the hard and dusty ground while I'm reading a book which hurts my upper back and shoulders while I'm lying down, my lower back if I'm sitting and it's worse for my posture. The utilitarian ability to hold drinks and keep it cool and keep small items within reach on each side was worth the little bit of extra weight and bulk! Though obviously not the kind of camping chair you'd bring for backcountry hiking. The carrying case with the sling was a must for us to reduce the burden and keep sand out of the car. Great quality and construction, feels durable, stable and ergonomic for an unpadded cloth chair. My husband is 5'9 regular and I'm 5'2 petite for reference. While I would've preferred to get it on sale, at least the price is half of those higher-end yard chairs or "elite" camping chairs I'm not sure would be worth their price. Admittedly, I've never had the pleasure of trying those out. I would say that this was a successful purchase and I don't regret choosing this over a $10 Walmart chair. ## Features - Cozy design with convenient armrest cooler for leisurely lounging - Built-in 4 can cooler pouch keeps cold drinks within reach - Fully cushioned seat and back offer support and maximum comfort with an 18.1 inch sitting height - Quick access to personal items with a mesh cup holder and side pocket - Collapsible, folding design for easy storage and transport; carry bag included - Versatile use: Perfect for camping, tailgating, beach trips, and sports events. - Strong steel frame supports up to 325 lb - Carry bag included for effortless storage and transport - 1-year limited warranty for peace of mind - Multipurpose Chair: Ideal for Camping & Glamping, Beach Outings, Sporting Events & Tailgating, Festival, or backyard lounging ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B00339C3P0 | | Additional Features | Adjustable, Portable | | Age Range Description | Adult | | Arm Style | With arms | | Assembly Instructions Description | No assembly required | | Back Style | Solid Back | | Best Sellers Rank | #439 in Sports & Outdoors ( See Top 100 in Sports & Outdoors ) #2 in Camping Chairs | | Brand | Coleman | | Brand Name | Coleman | | Color | Red | | Cushion Style | Boxed Edge | | Customer Reviews | 4.7 out of 5 stars 61,273 Reviews | | Fill Material | Polyester | | Finish Types | Painted | | Form Factor | Foldable | | Frame Material Type | Alloy Steel | | Furniture Base Movement | Glide | | Furniture Finish | Painted | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00076501033847 | | Included Components | Chair with cooler pouch | | Indoor Outdoor Usage | Outdoor | | Item Dimensions | 8 x 7 x 38.25 inches | | Item Dimensions D x W x H | 37"D x 24"W x 40.5"H | | Item Type Name | Chair | | Item Weight | 8.2 pounds | | Leg Style | Tapered Leg or Fluted Leg | | Manufacturer | Coleman | | Manufacturer Part Number | FPS-138077 | | Manufacturer Warranty Description | See manufacturer. | | Material | Polyester with steel frame | | Material Type | Polyester with steel frame | | Maximum Weight Recommendation | 325 pounds | | Model Name | 2000032009 | | Model Number | 2000020264 | | Number of Cup Holders | 2 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Pattern | Solid | | Product Care Instructions | Wipe Clean | | Product Dimensions | 37"D x 24"W x 40.5"H | | Reclining Position Count | 1 | | Recommended Uses For Product | Camping | | Room Type | Patio Garden | | Seat Back Interior Height | 18.1 inches | | Seat Depth | 24 inches | | Seat Height | 18.1 inches | | Seat Material | Polyester | | Shape | Rectangular | | Size | 24 inches (W) x 37 inches (L) x 40.5 inches (H) | | Style Name | Chair | | Surface Recommendation | Hard Floor | | UPC | 076501033847 | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Coleman - **Color:** Red - **Material:** Polyester with steel frame - **Product Dimensions:** 37"D x 24"W x 40.5"H - **Size:** 24 inches (W) x 37 inches (L) x 40.5 inches (H) ## Images ![Coleman Portable Camping Chair, 4-Can Cooler, Cushioned Seat & Back - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/717rm9HIuxL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: Does this Coleman Quad Blue Chair come with a carrying bag???** A: Yes it does, not too hard to put back in but they are the cheapest thing that I have had to deal with, they split on the first or second use. I have 4 of these and the chair is amazing and sturdy but Coleman really cheaped out on their bag on this one. I have other Coleman chairs and the bags are sturdy, these are just the cheapest throwaway things. Coleman should be ashamed to put their great product in such a cheap and throwaway bag that only lasts 1 or 2 outings. **Q: How much does the chair weigh?** A: Precisely 8.0 pounds with the carry bag- I weighed it on my commercial scale. The carry bag itself weighs a matter of ounces. **Q: Height of the seat, in inches? No approximations or comparisons. Thank you!** A: The seat is 17.5" above the ground or floor. **Q: Is this as purple as it looks in the pcitures?** A: No. Actually it is black and gray. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great camping chair at a great price PLUS a built in cooler! *by L***E on October 8, 2026* This is the same dependable , sturdy Coleman chair I've always loved (have had several over the years) but they really impressed me by adding in a cooler to the armrest! That's probably the strongest endorsement I can give. What stands out immediately is how solid they feel compared to typical folding camp chairs. Many portable chairs feel flimsy or unstable, especially after a few seasons of use. These are noticeably heavier duty and inspire confidence when you sit down. The built-in features are also genuinely useful rather than gimmicky: cup holder works as expected side pocket is handy for small items integrated cooler is surprisingly convenient for keeping a few drinks close by The durability has been excellent. Despite years of use at cookouts, camping trips, outdoor events, and backyard gatherings, mine are still going strong without torn fabric, broken frames, or other major issues. We've always been pretty good about putting them away after use, so I can't speak to leaving them outdoors year-round. That said, they do spend plenty of time in the sun during the summer and I've seen none of the fading, brittleness, or UV degradation that often shows up in cheaper outdoor fabrics. One feature that doesn't get enough attention is the storage bag. On a lot of folding chairs, getting the chair back into the included sack feels like trying to stuff a sleeping bag back into factory packaging. These are snug, but not frustrating. Whoever sized the storage bag actually seemed to understand that people need to put the chair away more than once. The only real downside is the price. When I bought mine years ago, they felt like an incredible bargain. Like most things, the price has climbed over time. At today's prices I'd still recommend them, but I'd also say they're approaching the upper end of what I'd personally want to spend on a folding camp chair. That said, after nearly eight years of ownership, it's hard to argue with the value. If you're tired of replacing flimsy camp chairs every few seasons, these are well worth considering. ## Frequently Bought Together - Coleman Portable Quad Camping Chair with 4-Can Cooler, Cushioned Seat & Back with Side Pockets & Cup Holder, Carry Bag Included - Amazon Basics Camping Chair - Amazon Basics Waterproof Camping Tarp --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sn/products/1760298-coleman-portable-camping-chair-4-can-cooler-cushioned-seat-back](https://www.desertcart.sn/products/1760298-coleman-portable-camping-chair-4-can-cooler-cushioned-seat-back) --- *Product available on Desertcart Senegal* *Store origin: SN* *Last updated: 2026-11-05*
