La fibra OPTIFIBER es literalmente lo mismo que Benefiber: no sabe a nada, su presentacion es un polvo blanco fino qu se disuelve en el agua de inmediato sin que tengas qu esforzarte como es el caso de Metamucil. No hace grumos ni se espesa al pao el tiempo. Yo uso 2 cucharadas (TBSP) reposteras en una de esas botellas eco de tupperware de 1 litro y me la llevo al trabajo sin que el agua se vea "fea". En mi caso, tomo 4 cucharadas al dia con 2.5 litros de agua.... pero soy un caso radical. Debes irle midiendo para determinar tu sensibilidad a la fibra que estas tomando. Muy buen producto.
