This has been great. For the price point its helped me a lot with my cars and friends and family's cars as well. Good, sturdy, has been reliable. I like that updates can be done through the PC.

This is the best diagnostic scanner to have. So convenient to use anytime you have a service light instead of paying hundreds for an auto shop to scan each time you have issues.

I've been using Innova for years for quick checking of codes and smog monitors in our shop and been very happy with their products. my 5410 developed a glitch in booting phase but their customer service very kindly just replaced it

Real good product at a fair price bought it because I'm buying used car wanted to make sure I wasn't getting taking tried it out on my truck had a airbag light on told me exactly what it was

At the time of purchase this product promoted that it would clear my Maintenance Flag/Fault on my 2011 Porsche 911. Great news as it was reasonably priced and appeared to be a great value. Guess what, does not clear my Maintenance Flag/Fault. I requested support from the manufacturer, immediate response that it my request was being elevated. After a few weeks of asking for an update, the response I receive is that NO it will not clear the maintenance flag but will only read the alternator output on my car. What the hell do I need to spend almost $200 to check my alternator output when my voltmeter can do that very well. I asked them why the description on Amazon and their site clearly displays my model year and model as part of the list of vehicles this will work on?? Guess what, they have now updated their list of vehicles and Porsche has been removed! So I asked Innova which model will clear the flag, there response "none of them will work on Porsche"! DO NOT Buy anything from this Innova. They false advertise and do not stand behind their products!!
