These paddles are a good size and I like the plastic so when I’m done they dry off fast to put back in gym bag. Quality product.

My swimmer switch to eases shoulder discomfort and they work well for her.

Developed impingement in my shoulder and did not know what I was doing wrong. These paddles provide awesome feedback. I realized I was favoring my shoulder and not using my lats during the pull.

Does the job I needed. Fits my hand. Big or small. I did not like that I had to thread the tubes. But no biggie.

Great piece of training equipment. They enhance an emphasis on early vertical forearm and give just the right amount of resistance. I prefer using these paddles in training instead of full size ones as it is less stress on my shoulders. Highly recommend.

Works great. Only thing i didn’t like was the excess rubber when fit to my hands. I had to cut the excess.

As an oldie lap swimmer was a bit reluctant at first and thought these may cause undue stress on the shoulders like other hand paddles and that they may come off when swimming. Have tried them about half a dozen times and would now recommend them to those that are looking for an alternative to hand paddles and possible injury. Great simple design with extra rubber which can be cut off and used later. Very pleased with this product.
