I bake a lot, and I now have several of these Chefmade pans: muffin, mini muffin, perforated bread, popover, financier, canele, straight sided muffins (so hard to find this shape!), etc. They are all fantastic. I like them so much I'm planning to buy another style every month or two and get rid of all other pans! They seem small out of the box, but the volume of each cavity in every pan has been exactly right. So happy with the hefty box packaging so they don’t come mangled once Amazon throws them in unlined plastic shipping envelopes. They are just the right weight pans, sturdy without being too-too heavy, they clean up beautifully, and they’re so pretty. Sometimes they are on super sales for Prime Days too. Hooray for Chefmade.

If you are looking for the perfect financier molds these are it! I love them. It is tiny but any bigger would not be a financier. I am obsessed with matcha financiers from Maison Kitsune so I decided to make my own and boy I am happy to have found these molds. They work well, easy to clean, bake evenly, pop off so easily. Not sticky whatsoever.

I was served financiers recently for the first time and loved them. So ordered the pan, looked up recipes and finally made a batch. This is the perfect pan for making these. It’s non-stick, easy to clean and just the right size.

Took long to get it ,but it’s the best !

I have not used this yet...just got it. But I am surprised at how small the scale is. Not sure what the normal size is for a financier but this pan makes them about 1/2 the size of the ones we buy at the bakery. I put a couple of common objects in photo to show scale.

I really try not to buy it and made in China, but I was in a hurry and Amazon could fill in the required time frame. This pan is sturdy and has not warped I am happy with the purchase. The box said it may have been made outside the US, but did not specify where.

This is a really nice product. I bought a second, for larger batches of financiers. I know I could make them in muffin tins, but the bar shaped financiers are charming, not to mention more area for crispiness. I lightly butter the cavities and the baked financiers pop right out. Quick and easy cleanup. Hoping these wear well, but after a few uses I’m loving them.

Love these so much, I ordered a second one for a "pretty penny" as they aren't cheap. That said, there really isn't much to compete with it nor in the same size on Amazon and I checked Amazon in both France & US (I'm in Canada). They could be a little smaller for a perfect dozen, however, they are still perfect "three biters". Most importantly, these are exactly shaped like little gold bars as true French Financiers should be and financier pans are not very common to find. This pan is very good quality and has very good non-stick properties, although I still grease them with butter and put them in the fridge before filling them for better flavour and butter penetration. Can't go wrong with these if you are nutso over financier for your "gouter" like my family is!

Works perfectly for financier!

It is really non stick. I bought a cheaper one, but it is a pain to clean so I no longer use that. I have since bought two more from this company, of different sizes. They are all easy to clean.
