Wham-OSlip 'N Slide Surf Rider Double Sliding Lanes 16ft , color may vary

We bought this for the grandchildren to use. I was surprised to find after reading the instructions that they recommend it not be used by anyone under five or over twelve years of age or over 100 pounds. Nevertheless, we decided it was safe enough for a three and four year old with proper supervision. They had a great time. My son and I also used it (we're both older than 12 and 100 lbs ;) ). The Slip 'N Slide worked very well for all ages, again with proper supervision. The water sprayed more on the side nearest to the water spray holes, but the opposite side had plenty of water and didn't seem to affect the performance or fun. As matter of fact, when the "big" kids used it I added 20 feet of 6 mil plastic to the end of the slide and we could slide to the end of that! You just had to push yourself up a little to not impact the water filled bumper too hard at the end of the Slip 'N Slide. While we did things not recommend in the instructions (ages and weights), the product was great. There was no tearing or signs of wear. I rarely write reviews because I usually just can't be bothered. But as a grandfather who loves to have fun along side the grandchildren, I thought it was worth the time to praise the product so that others would know it worked well for us. Again, watch the users!

We purchased this for our kids and they love it. Our only complaint would be that the side spray doesn't shoot across the whole width of the slide, so the kids will argue over who goes down which "track." I blocked some of the end bumper spray holes with packaging tape to try to increase the side spray, which helped a bit. Otherwise, it has held up to a 3 year old, 6 year old, and, occasionally, the family dog.

It’s a slip n slide. The plastic is thin like all retail slip n slides I’ve ever purchased. If you want super durable make sure own with a thick roll of plastic sheeting. But this holds up well enough to get through the summer. You’re not going to get a big sprinkler effect with the water that sprays out of the side, that basically just keeps water in the pooling area at the end of the slide. You have to get the slide wet with a hose first and as long as people are sliding on it, it stays wet. We had a couple of tiny holes happen but we patched them and kept using. Kids enjoy it.

The slide water pressure is very low. The kids have to stand on the side of it to get the pressure going. We have a food hose and water pressure in my home. We changed areas and even tried to incline it. It does not work. I just brought it so I will be returning it. Not worth the money. I gave 3 stars because the kids made there own fun with it. It gave us something to do during the pandemic when splash pads, pools, and parks are closed. Not worth the money.

Definitely not a 2-person slide but it was a hit at the bday party.

This product is made of super thin plastic.As soon as I took it out of the box, my hopes for it were dashed. If it were made of something just a tad bit stronger, like even the blow up beach ball material, this might last an hour. Regardless, we set it up on top of a doubled tarp and followed all directions. My grandkids are 7 and 9 years old and within 10 minutes, I noticed that one of the holes in the red portion at the end of the slide was spouting water more than the other holes. Sure enough, it was splitting and within a few more slides by the kids, it had burst wide open. Then the water just rushes out that end and no more spray from the side holes! So we continued to simply spray the kids while they slide around anyway. But truly, in the future, we are going to simply put out the tarp and a sprinkler and it would work just as well and be way more durable than this product is. I was hoping for something better, but I guess not. I don't always write reviews, but this explains why none of the Slip'nSlides that I researched have anything more than 3 stars. My advice, get a tarp and a fun sprinkler.

I have read some other reviews regarding this slip and slide being a poor quality item and lasting very long. However I took some precautions and it worked fantastic for a 7 year olds bday party. We put a tarp underneath it, (which I would recommend for potential rocks and such), put the plastic stakes it came with, (as a note we used some tent stakes for the tarp) and connected the hose. It took about 10 minutes for it to be wet enough to use and use it the kids did. We had two kids at a time sliding down the double unit and I have to admit I put my swim trunks on and did some sliding myself, of course this was just to show the proper sliding method, haha. The thing didn’t rip with my almost 200 pound body slamming and sliding down it. I feel bad for those that have had bad luck with this slide, but again this was the biggest hit of the bday party. I would say the tarp probably made the biggest difference for us so I do highly recommend it.

Lasted almost the whole summer season and it got a LOT of use!! We had it on a hill in our front yard and was amazingly fun for my son and his friends with use EVERY DAY! Like other reviews, I was worried that it wouldn’t get enough water to the other side but we propped up the water holes and closed off a few of the holes at the bottom to give more pressure up top! When the kiddos were rough on it and popped the bottom landing area.. no biggie!! We took a zip tie and tied it shut and guess what? More water shot out of all the holes on the side and the kids didn’t care about not having a landing “pool” of water! Such a blast and plenty of neighbors would stop as they drove by to wave at the kids having a complete blast! Will buy another next season as you can’t get kids out the house that easy these days unless it’s cool fun on hot summer days!

Disappointed as very poor 'spray arch' despite following specific instructions on length of hose to be used and correct connection required!Not great value for money.Kids not impressed at all! 😟Would definitely not recommend.
