Will repopulate your gut after you conquer SIBO
First I should mention that I have had Methane SIBO for at least 4 years. I have had a breath meter to measure that, but did nothing about it until it gave me really bad gas, underarms that would kill when I raised my arms. I finally bought a book about natural ways to kill off the SIBO and I took the treatment. My Dr was no help as he just said, "Well, we can look at this if it gets severe."I got the Methane SIBO mostly under control and thought is was time to start a Probiotic. I wanted on that did not have "pre" or "post" components and this fit. So I started it several days ago. It has reduced my Methane scores from about 20-30 ppm to this morning 6 and hydrogen score of 1. So, I do think that this probiotic is repopulating my gut and finally overcoming the final vestiges of SIBO. I might also mention that this journey stopped my autoimmune pain and cleared up my skin lesions.

It helps with my diverticulitis
I have been using Garden of Life Probiotics for Women and Men in the Critical care for about a year and it has helped me with my diverticulitis, then I saw the Dr. Formulated Once Daily Ultra 90 Billion Adult Probiotics and decided to try them and it really helps with my system. I really appreciate Garden of Life Probiotics. I have to have a good one. This is like the one I used tp take a long time ago. Which that had to be refrigerated and had problems taking with me on vacation because it was hard to have it refrigerator when you fly or when no refrigerator available, This is a good one!

I should give choice, the package with more or less capsules

Feminine hygiene
The only product that actually helps with feminine yeast/BV. I have tried just about every probiotic product for prevention, even all the products that are supposed to target specific symptoms. This one has prevented all symptoms!
