Is progesterone included in the ingredients?

Of course there is because it's made of ovarian and uterine tissue, though because it's unlikely they'd use pregnant cows, there wouldn't be a whole lot. Losing the balance between estrogen and progesterone can have serious medical consequences in both females and males (particularly for those with as-yet undiscovered conditions) so talk to your (probably under-informed) doctor, and hopefully an endocrinologist.
