I have trouble with my nails splitting and breaking and saw a rec for a glass file so decided to try it. Ok, I"ve only just got it, so I can't tell if it will help my nails, but this thing is great for the price. I know, you could get a cheap cardboard emery board for less, but this is pretty, comes in it's own case, and still is lightweight, but quite a bit more durable than a cheap one and it does a great job of smoothing at snags and rough spots on my nails, with a bit less work than my cheap emery boards of the past. I like it so much I'm thinking I might get a couple of others, one for travel, one for home, and maybe a couple as small gifts. Cool!

I’ve only had this about six months, so I can’t speak for its durability, but I can say that it does an amazing, and quick job of filling. And even after using it this long it hasn’t become dull. It’s gentle but tough, it files easily, without much pressure, and it doesn’t leave any rough edges. Compared to all of other files I’ve ever used, this one seems like magic. Definitely worth the price.

My first time using a glass nail file. I had been trying to use the emery boards and they just tore my nails, lots of ragged edges. This file was a wonderful surprise, smooth filing with not much effort on my part. I would highly recommend.

These files are great, the Chek glass is awesome and works much better than sandpaper. Easy to clean.

Been using this file for a year now and I absolutely love it!! It really does make a huge difference in shaping natural nails. I'm able to get a nice, smooth and refined shape. I use this very often and is holding up well, no loss of grit for me so far.

I LOVE this nail file! Some glass files are too thick (imho) making it hard to maneuver between nail and skin and those same files are usually the ones that have barely any grit. This one is PERFECT...thin yet durable, lots of grit yet not abrasively so...it's like the grit isn't harder it's just more abundant, like millions of little smooth grits all packed together so one swipe takes a lot of nail but leaving the free edge smooth as a baby's bottom, not jagged and shredded up. I don't think I'm doing this description any justice. It's just an amazing file for a very affordable price. If I need to buy another glass file for whatever reason...it will be this one and it's even got an authenticiy mark on the hand 'Czech'. Great file!

J'ai mis du temps avant de me décider à acheter une lime en verre de bonne qualité et je ne regrette pas. Le grain est taillé dans le verre, ce n'est pas un revêtement donc elle va durer dans le temps. La sensation est particulière, très douce, il faut mettre peu de pression, l'ongle reste immobile pendant le limage, contrairement aux autre lime (papier, métal, verre de maivaise qualité). Pas besoin de repasser sur chaque ongles pour relimer la petite "jupe" qui se forme habituellement : il n'y en a pas. L'ongle est parfaitement limé du premier coup, je suis impressionnée ! Le petit boîtier est très pratique et se referme bien, il a l'air de qualité (le modèle le plus récent sur les photos du produit)

Very late to the review. Bought this nail file approximately two years ago, works really well, leaves my nails smoother than other files, is aesthetically pleasing and it still works perfectly fine after all this time. I’m really happy with it.

Ich habe diese Glasnagelfeile für meine Frau gekauft und sie ist wirklich sehr zufrieden damit. Die Feile sieht schön aus, liegt angenehm in der Hand und fühlt sich hochwertig an. Besonders praktisch ist das Etui, dadurch kann man die Feile sicher aufbewahren oder mitnehmen. Die Nägel lassen sich sauber und schonend feilen, ohne zu stark zu splittern. Positiv: * hochwertige Verarbeitung * angenehme Anwendung * schönes Design * praktisches Etui * ideal für Zuhause und unterwegs Ein kleiner Nachteil: Glas ist natürlich empfindlicher als Metall, deshalb sollte man vorsichtig damit umgehen. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne und praktische Nagelfeile, die ich gerne weiterempfehle.
