I'm a 72 year old man who's had prostate issues for decades, with frequent night time wake ups, night time incontinence, prostatitis, etc. Upon taking this product, for TWO DAYS, I actually slept 5 hours without getting up, something that hasn't happened in 20 years. I was getting up 4-5 times a night, now it's 2, or 3. Also, my stream and stop and starting is MUCH easier each day.I would caution users, be patient! This worked dramatically in the first five days, but then tapered off considerably after 3 weeks, but is still much better than without using it. I've also noticed a drop in urgency, emptying bladder much better than before, and much less frequency during the day time hours.I was skeptical of saw palmetto alone, which my physician suggested, as I saw no difference at al with several of the highly rated supplements here on Amazon. The NOW supplement has two to three times the ingredients most prostate supplements have, which seems to have worked. I'm so thankful I didn't give up and tried this one, as it offers significant relief for long term prostate issues sufferers.

I've used this product off & on a few times now. I do use just one softgel at a time (a day when I take it) vs recommendations of 3 for a serving. I'm a bit cautious with herbal products to see how they work before taking larger quantities.For most of my "tests" I have noted improvement with not getting up as often at night as well as the easier and more complete elimination of wastes. This also has improved my sleep at least a little because I don't notice being as uncomfortable as I have in the past. So I do believe the product is having some beneficial effects. I don't believe my troubles are as advanced as others so this may be a product that is more helpful for early stages or maybe the higher dose will work for those with more advanced problems.I do appreciate getting the 180 cnt bottle for the price as I anticipate it will last a long time. So far I haven't used even half of the bottle after several months.I also like the variety of ingredients. I have purchased Lycopene, Green tea extract, Turmeric, and some others listed on the label as individual items in past. Now they are all together so I have fewer bottles on my counter.I've used various NOW products for over 15+ years and find their quality quite good and the claims of benefits to generally perform as they intend. I will routinely look for a herbal supplement I need from NOW before investigating other vendors.

I use 2 prescriptions to help with Prostate issues and this as supplement. I wonder maybe if had take long ago could have delayed a procedure twice and 2 meds. Natural supplement with taste to capsule and dosage is straight forward. Hope those men out there in earlier stages start this early and not too late as I did

I took another highly-rated supplement for years. It seemed to help...but I always wondered how they could get all those herbal aids into dry tablets without losing potency. So I decided to try this gel supplement. I noticed a difference in frequency after several days. After several weeks I also noticed differences in urgency and nighttime urination. Before I usually got up 3-5 times a night. Now I get up twice and the second time is almost my wakeup time. I slept six hours last night without getting up to urinate. So I recommend this product enthusiastically.

After reading a bunch of positive reviews I thought this product will work much better than Saw Palmetto since it has multiple ingredients in addition to Saw Palmetto. I gave it much time to see if it will work. Unfortunately it actually is less effective than just plain Saw Palmetto. There's no doubt everyone doesn't respond the same way so it may still work for some people. I just didn't notice any better efficacy than Saw Palmetto which also cost much less. Please note that you have to swallow 3 capsules every day which is inconvenient for me.

Over a A year and a half ago, while in the gym my gym buddy pours some pre workout powder in my cup of water and tells me it’s billed as the “worlds most powerful pre workout supplement”. I had recurring prostatitis for 1 year now, and i ve been prescribed antibiotics and alfa blockers many times already. Still the painful symptomes were always there, difficulty and frequent urination, discomfort the whole day, low sex drive bcz of the constant pain. Since day one i have seen 50% imrovment, and 2 days later everything is almost normal. I dont know if this is a permanent treatment or you're meant to take it for the rest of your life, but at least it works, better then the useless harmful antibiotics and the ugly side effect of alfoo.
