Natural Aluminum Commercial Cake Pan with Lid, Rectangle Pan with Lid Silver, 9 x 13

Being from Minnesota, I have many Nordic Ware products - as did my mom, grandma, aunts, friends, etc. Some of my favorite kitchen products are Nordic Ware. I definitely recommend trying their products! I live in northeastern Minnesota & was bummed that I couldn't get to the MN State Fair to get their awesome fair special last month because they would've been perfect for my new air fryer oven (my big oven needs a repairman, so I got the air fryer oven for the meantime while I save up for repairs). I bought two Nordic Ware 9x13" straight sided cake pans (one with a lid, one without) because my old 9x13" pans have the handles & trim built-in on the sides that makes them just a bit too big to fit. These are perfect. I chose Nordic Ware because I know that I can count on the quality of the product, the value for money, even heat distribution, ease of cleaning, long lasting cooking & baking performance, etc. I haven't made brownies or baked anything in the new pans yet, but I have never had an issue with any Nordic Ware products in my 40+ years of experience using them. My mom's original Bundt pan & her Nordic Ware cake pans worked for decades, so I expect these will last a lifetime too. Most of the issues I have had with needing to replace a different brand pan is that the nonstick coating gets scratched & then flakes off- the Naturals pans don't have the nonstick coating, so they should last as long as my mom's pans. I bought these pans for rising and baking yeast buns - things like dinner rolls, hamburger buns, cinnamon rolls, etc. The included lid means I don't have to waste a bunch of single-use plastic by covering with cling film during rising. The solid lid means the pans are also stackable in the fridge or on the countertop during use, which would be impossible with plastic wrap. After rising I just take the lid off and bake them right in the same pan, no transferring needed. I bought a roll of silicone mat separately so I could cut custom-fit nonstick liners for the bottom of the pans, which I highly recommend. The pans themselves are sturdy and good quality, no warping when heated. I'm very happy with this purchase.

This pan is great!! I do a lot of baking (AKA The Cake Lady), and this pan is one of the best. Great quality material & construction. Also love the snap-on lid. I take my desserts/creations to family/friends' functions, making transport a whole lot easier. Already had a pan just like this that I bought at an Amish Store many years ago. But again, I find exactly the same product on Amazon. Amazon is my favorite shopping center!!

My Pumpkin Brownies came out moist & evenly baked. I don't mind that the lid doesn't attach super tight to the pan, it serves it's purpose. No nonsense bakeware that's fairly priced 👍

Overall it's a good item. Nice firm thick metal and has a good fitting top. My cake turned out well. They only reason it's getting 4 stars is because it was smaller then what I thought it was going to be. I had my mom help me look cause she knew the size of our old one that we were buying this as a replacement for. 9x13 should be the same size as we already have. But this one fit inside our old one. Making this one a bit smaller than expected. Not horribly smaller. But indeed smaller. But it's still a nice quality item. It's nice to have flat cakes. The old one is so old now when it heats up the metal bends bit and I can never get a flatter looking surface. So overall its a good item.

Probably the best pan I have. I love it. It bakes wonderful.

It is a very solid cake pan. I was searching for a pan with a lid. Many os the pans do not have a lid.

I’m always a Nordic Ware fan. It’s consistently sturdy with no risk of warping, provides the reliable baking results of aluminum’s heat conductivity, lighter weight than a glass baking dish, and is reasonably priced. The pan *can* go in the dishwasher, but I prefer to hand wash, as recommended. Used correctly, it cleans easily with no need for a nonstick finish. The plastic lid is a convenient accessory.

Recebi o produto , mas a tampa é maior que a forma, fica frouxa, não veda bem, tenho várias formas dessa marca,nunca tinham me dado problemas, mas essa é a segunda que tenho problemas, fico triste porque dei de presente para minha filha e veio assim.

Fantastic tin for a large traybake and the fitted lid keeps cake fresh and is useful for transportation.

Son gruesos, pesados y se calientan muy parejo, excelentes, simplemente perfectos.

Absolutely love this! I bought it on the recommendation of baker Edd Kimber @theboywhobakes and I'm glad I did. It's an excellent size, very sturdy and my favourite part is that it comes with a lid so I can put the whole thing in the fridge and not worry about separating evening into smaller tupperware.
