About over a year ago, I began having a lot of cervical spine issues: pinched nerves, pain, dizziness and even nausea. I ended up changing many things which helped, but then began a shoulder pain that was hindering movement in one of my shoulders, and that's when I did some digging as to what things could help. And then I came across this supplement. Although it does not specifically say it helps with cervical spine issues, it contains many of the ingredients needed to alleviate the pain. I highly recommend it as that shoulder pain has really gone away.

My fiancé and I love these vitamins. He introduced them to me after he said the tumeric is great for calming his mind and the essential vitamins help him feel energized each day. I decided to give them a try and have ordered several bottles since! It’s worth the price point and I am great I have found vitamins I can be consistent with. No side effects or upset tummy from taking them :)

I trust this brand and am sure I will love the product. It has all the essentials I need for a fraction of the cost if I were to buy all the vitamins separately- and this seems like a much more reliable brand as far as quality and care. That being said - shipping glass bottles is a real gamble. This is likely an Amazon issue and not Vedge, to be fair. I got two and one shattered, leaving the pills and shards all together. I’ll do my best to be careful and rinse each pill when I take it - just in case (no waste here!) but a humble suggestion - please consider better packaging of the boxes when sending out or just use plastic bottles (they weigh less and break less!)

By far the best tasting vegan supplement I’ve had, very easy and convenient to take! No more having to search for vegan safe vitamins, ALL THANKS TO VEDGE! Honestly can’t say enough good things, too many to even list!

I've been taking these daily for a month, and about 1.5 - 2 weeks in I noticed a positive shift in my energy level and a very slight mood boost. I do believe they help me to maintain a better overall state of mind. If you suffer from anxiety/depression (as I do), they probably aren't going to turn you into a chirpy, bright-eyed, optimistic people person, but I do find they make a difference for me, albeit a small (but noticeable!) one. It's a convenient and effective supplement that makes sense to me on a physical and mental level, and as an added bonus, the capsules are a cool-looking deep emerald green and are easy to swallow. Would recommend to vegans and non-vegans alike!

After reading reviews online I had to try this product. It had the 3 vitamins I was looking for in one with great review after another. The packaging was top notch when the product came. I'm eager to see how this will work for me after using it for a few weeks.

Quality vitamin for both vegan and non vegan. Great value
