Passive return is indicated for antenna systems. For cable TV with a cable modem active return may work better. Active Return should not be used with an antenna.

No. Daisy chaining has a high probability of failure, and is strongly discouraged. If you need more that 8 ports it is better to use a 2-way splitter to feed 2 separate amplifiers.

May I use this product to split an fm signal from an antennae and send it to my recveivers and equipment which uses a coaxial cable fm connect?

I don't see why not, the fm frequencies use the same antenna as vhf and as long as you have an antenna with that capability I believe so. The splitter/booster just distributes the signal equally between each connection so there is no signal loss from too many splits. Yes,it can be used for this purpose
