This is our 2nd Vibrating Plate. The first was full size and used extensively for a few years. This has now been replaced by the Core Rock N Fit Vibration Plate & Exercise Seat. This was bought due to our age and differing needs. The seat is ideal to use without having to worry about your balance, a must as you get older. The controls are simple to use and the remote allows you to control the machine without having to get down on your hands and knees to read the display. It is perfect for soothing aching limbs at the end of a tiring day. We are both OAPs but need to keep active and this is the ideal supplement.

This thing has astonished me. 10 mins per day just standing on it has transformed by body. I’ve never been to a gym and I bought this mainly to help my body during lockdown. It has had a noticeable effect and I’ve been told a few times that I ‘clearly work out at the gym’ (I don’t at all.) However the best thing for me is that it has sorted my constant battle with bloating. I never expected that - digestive issues have plagued me for a while now, but this piece of equipment has genuinely changed my life in that respect. It’s not a cure or anything but it got rid of constant bloating and I look much better as a result. The impact on muscle is great too. I’m genuinely astonished by what it has done for me. I love this machine, I am waiting for a knee replacement, so exercise and even walking depends very much on how my knee feels each day, so I purchased the Core Rock N Fit, its exercise without the pain. There are 5 intensity settings and they have set times from 3 minutes up to 10 minutes so you can set the time and setting you feel comfortable with. There is also a seat that you can do leg exercises, e.g cycling motions, I do the 10 minute workout and 10 minutes just flies by, then I do another 10 minutes standing and 10 minutes sitting. You can also use it several times a day, according to your health and fitness levels. Would highly recommend it.

Ordered on saturday and delivery was due on monday but arrived following day on sunday - well done Amazon. Product is above expectations , very well made and sturdy. Already have a Smart Wonder Core that I was very happy with but will now be using my new Wonder Core Rock N Fit It does everything is says and as I can't use the local gym (closed due to covid) I will be keeping toned and fit with this. Amazing. Strongly recommend his product.

This thing is amazing. I love it. I never believed that I could have a hard body by doing nothing. I'm 60 years old and even my face is getting tight, I look at least 10 years younger in just one month. Lower your face down like looking at the floor and the muscles in your face will vibrate and get a nice work out. Best thing that I ever bought.

I don't write reviews until I have tested the product properly. This product does everything it says it does. As long as you use it regularly you will tone up. Lots of different programmes so great variety. It is easy to use., you can exercise while watching telly or you can just sit on it and let it vibrate through your body. If there was one criticism it would be how the sit screws to the base this can be very awkward to reach as it is right under the seat.
