I just installed 2 pairs of these on 2 different pairs of sneakers for my son who is 9yr old, wearing size 5 (big kids/mens) and they installed nicely. The cordage itself is very sturdy, yet flexible & seems great quality - when I cut the ends you can see the layers inside that make it strong & sturdy. The lock pieces that you put the cord thru is a bit difficult to hold down with just thumb & forefinger, especially for my 9yr old but I'm hoping it will ease a bit with some breaking in & I'd rather it be that say than flimsy & loose. I tried several packages of the hickies silicone no lace system ties & they just kept snapping 1 after the next every other day, even the 2.0 version we went thru 2 replacement packages & they just didn't hold up to my son's rough play! They worked fine for me but that's a different story LOL. This system seems a much better fit for my son, as it's adjustable,he can tighten & loosen as he needs to, they stretch as needed but seem very sturdy quality & I don't have to worry about shoes coming untied while he's playing or riding bikes causing more staples in his skull! So I will update once they've been installed for awhile & see how they hold up in comparison to other products we've tried!

Love these laces! I bought a pair of shoes that came with really lousy laces. The shoes were expensive and I liked them very much except for the laces. I decided to replace the laces and bought these laces. I was surprised at how easy they were to install. They are stretchy enough to make putting my shoes on easier but keep the shoes fastened securely. And they look good. I am going to buy more for other running shoes.

Seriously, these are great! I kind of want them for all my sneakers now! I’m a nursing student and my laces on my sneakers ALWAYS come undone. The shoe laces are rather short on my favorite white sneakers so after being tired of tying my shoe laces for what seems to be a million times a day I decided to purchase these and I have no regrets. My shoes look nicer, I love that secure feeling of good tied sneakers and I love that I haven’t had to bend down and touch my shoes while on a 12 hour shift. Great buy

Makes slipping in and out of shoes easy but still have the walking security of a good shoe. Once they are installed and adjusted they make your shoes easy to wear especially for older folks that don’t bend wellHave been using these for some months they have held up well added some to other shoes. I like them a lot

This product is perfect. I bought them for my 5 years old boots that are super cute. They lace up the back (yes they is a zipper) so the laces are truly just for style.I love the boots. But she hasn't mastered score thing yet! They were perfect and easy as heck to customize.I wish they had a variation of a brown for her other boots, but I can't complain they will definitely do the trick!

My son is more than capable of tying his shoes, but never wants to take the extra time to re-tie them if they come undone during the day. His laces were completely destroyed from constantly stepping on them, so I bought these in hopes that it would be easier. They work like a charm! Since it's a two-pack, I kept the second set of elastic laces aside so that he has them the next time he gets a new pair of shoes.

Bought them for my dad who is 79 and he loves them! They are easy for him to use and easy on and off with his shoes which is a huge key thing for him right now.

Just got these installed! I ordered for my daughter who is five and she tried it out. So easy for her to use!! I am putting the others in my shoes. Definitely keeps the strings tight.
