Good tape, solid quality
With this mild, cute, womanized color on my knee, i feel very confident with my knee tap in all kinds of occasion.For better result, I'd recommended use alcohol to clean the knee area first, then use fixing tape(better to use those ones are hypoallergenic) under this Kinesiology therapeutic tape. because, the fixing tape will give the therapeutic tape something to grab on. You can buy fixing tape in retail store, like walmart, cvs, for less than 3 dollar, which will increase the life of your kinesiology therapeutic tape. good luck, you will love it !!

Great for Sensitive Skin!
I have sensitive skin and some tapes make me break out, so I wanted to buy a tape that I could use longer term. This tape is much easier on sensitive skin, was worried that it wouldn't stick well, but it does!!
