Read it now.
Another great book by Lencioni. While much of the the content seems obvious after the fact, anyone who has spent time in a business environment can see that it isn't obvious to most people on a daily basis. His writing style is very fluid and conducive to learning.

Easy to use
This book does a great job of translating the material for intact teams to a version that's useful for a diverse group of leaders to get the concepts and plan to take them back to their team to implement.
