HALF THE PACK WAS AWFUL TASTING. I CALLED AND EXPLAINED THIS TO AN OLD GENTLEMAN IN CUSTOMER SERVICE WHO KEPT ME ON THE PHONE NEARLY AN HOUR AND THEN SAID THAT WAS UNFORTUNATE AND SAID HE WOULD PASS MY COMPLAINT ALONG ND THEN HE HUNG UP ON ME STATING HE COULD NOT HELP ME . HE STATED HE COULD NOT REPLACE ANYTHING, SEND ME A 'COUPON' OR EVEN OFFER ME A COUPON FOR SOME OTHER PRODUCT WHICH MIGHT BE MORE APPROPRIATE. But I have had a number of herbal teas and I would say this is not one of them. It is more like a sweet juice tasting of orange and mango. A good taste, but not tea. More of a fruit juice blend.
