A Decent Vegetarian Omega-3 Supplement
This Veg Omega supplement has a good combination of DHA and EPA derived from algae, making it a suitable option for vegetarians. Each capsule contains 500 mg of algal oil in which 200 mg DHA and 140 mg of EPA, giving a total of 340 mg of omega-3 fatty acids, which is a good amount. I also like that it contains no added sugar. However, I would prefer a cleaner formulation without titanium dioxide and more transparency about third-party testing and oil quality. Overall, the omega-3 content looks impressive on paper, but the product's actual quality depends on its purity and oxidation testing.
