Great price for D3. This brand actually has more manufacture control and regulations than most brands. I trust the brand based on independent studies.

My doctor advised taking a vitamin D supplement. I did. My vitamin D test shows that it works. Originally I was taking two one thousand IU soft gels per day but switched to five thousand. I asked my doctor if it was possible to take too much of the supplement to which he replied yes. Now, I take three of the five thousand IU a week for 15000 IU instead of two a day for seven days a week at 14000 IU. Fewer pills make me happy.

It's a high dose for Vitamin D as compared to normal vitamins, as I don't have much exposure to the sun due to the weather and work setup. These supplements seems liks they're a good option to keep the body functioning properly.
