Culinaria Russia: A Celebration of Food and Tradition Hardcover – June 1, 2015

Wonderful book for anyone who is interested in the delicious foods and diverse cultures from countries that made up the former USSR. Recipes are reliable and authentic. I noticed a few oversights (ex. when to add the onion to the Ukrainian borscht recipe), but still consider this to be among the best culinary books spanning the vast region captured. I recommend investing in the hard cover version (due to distinctly superior binding).

The font used in the text of the book is too small, while the original German Version has a bigger font, i.e. easier to read!
